About Peyman Molavi
Peyman Molavi was born in Tabriz, belonging to the generation of the 1980s. His father was a manager of major agricultural cultivation and industry companies in Iran, and his mother was a teacher.
He completed his high school education at Alborz High School in Tehran (formerly known as the College) and graduated with a degree in Accounting and Financial Economics from the University of Essex, UK.
Professionally, he has been active in investment consulting and international financing for large and medium-sized companies. He has delivered over 500 keynote speeches both domestically and internationally on economics, finance, and investment.
Additionally, he has published numerous articles on economics and investment in newspapers and specialized journals. He is the founder of the Molavi Financial and Investment Academy, which, with over 3,000 members, is considered one of the most important educational platforms for economics, finance, and investment in Iran.
He has also served as a member of the executive board and secretary-general of the Iranian Economists Association. He is a proponent of free markets and economic liberalism and has dedicated all his media and written activities to this cause, believing that Iran needs a non-interventionist economy based on the right of choice for its development.
Entrepreneurial and Educational Endeavors
Over the years, Molavi has founded numerous businesses across various sectors. He is the founder of Molavi Academy, which has provided specialized training to more than 6,000 individuals in the fields of domestic and international financing, investment, economics, and financial management.
Financial, Economic, and Investment Consulting
Peyman Molavi founded Molavi Capital with the aim of providing specialized investment advisory services and collaborating with large and medium-sized Iranian companies. The firm has worked with numerous industries and economic enterprises across Iran in the areas of investment and economic consulting.
Molavi Institute and Cultural Activities
In 2021, Peyman Molavi founded the Molavi Institute with the vision of establishing a private think tank. Since its inception, the institute has entered the publishing field and has published more than 10 book titles to date. One of its most notable works, The Dance of Iranian Markets, has become one of the best-selling investment books in Iran in recent years.
Social and Professional Responsibilitie
In line with his commitment to social responsibility, Peyman Molavi has served as an investment advisor to organizations such as the Association of Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Engineering and Contracting Companies and the Financing and Investment Commission of the Iran Chamber of Commerce.
He is also a member of the Iranian Association of Certified Accountants, the Iranian Economic Association, and the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture. Molavi has also served as a board member and Secretary-General of the Iranian Economists Association.
